This post is waaay overdue. Tyler's parents came to visit the week before we went to the beach, and we had a great time, as always!
They had each been down to see us since we've moved, but at different times, so it was fun to have them here together.
And they had fun snuggling Katie Beth
and providing endless entertainment for Ben.
We spent some time outside, when late-August temps were bearable enough to do so,
of course, a little ice cream goes a long way in making hot temps bearable!
as does gettin' down with a good bud like Austin!
I mean, really gettin' down!
And we also stayed cool inside so Ben could play and play with his Nana and Papa,
and they could get more cuddles in.
Before they started the long trek home, Ben "helped" Nana map out the wall decals I bought whose layout instructions were mistaken for garbage weeks earlier.
That creative mind of hers knew exactly where they should go, and Ben was really excited to see the result!
(Yes, the date stamp on this photo is tattling on me. It took me almost a month to get the concept actually up on the wall!)
We were so glad they could come...sad when they left,
and always look forward to our next Skype date!
