Like most people, we've been going a little stir crazy lately.

and bonding with/harassing Zoe.

Amen to that sista! The trees are starting to bud here but we still have a long way to go. Can't wait for spring and all that will come with it... including Katie Beth!

Yes, but I have to give proper credit to Susan on the recipe:
a box of yellow-cake mix, 1/2 cup of oil and 2 eggs - mix it up and cook for 10 minutes at 350!
